Shipping Terms
We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location across India.
Prepaid orders above ₹499 qualify for FREE Shipping. For orders below ₹499, a flat delivery fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal hygiene and botanical nature of handmade soaps, we cannot accept returns once products are opened or used.
However, if your package arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please email us at care@yaronatural.com with photos of the package within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly issue a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.
